What info do I need to sign up?
Please be sure to give us the info exactly as it has been entered in Advanced Event Systems.  We may be unable to fulfill shoots that are made with incorrect or incomplete info.   The single best piece of info you can give us is the COMPLETE team name, including the Club name, the team age, and the team specific name.  If you are unsure about any of the info needed, please sign up at one of our on-site booths where we can help look it up!

We're offering only a small percentage of our time-slots for pre-order so no overbooking occurs.  Visit our booth on-site for our total availability and the most flexibility if your wave's location seems to be full.
